Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of technical and non-technical staff
  • Administer employee relations matters, conduct exit interviews, and mediate workplace conflicts
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance with Malaysian labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with organizational needs
  • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare employment contracts, and ensure documentation compliance
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of generalist HR experience in manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
