Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and competency alignment
- Coordinate hiring logistics including scheduling, interview panels, and offer preparation
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job specifications
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
