PT Daaz Bara Lestari is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring seamless processes that support our mining site activities and corporate functions. You will play a vital part in streamlining employee lifecycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to daily administration and performance support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR administrative functions, including employee records, contracts, and internal databases.
- Manage attendance systems, timekeeping, and payroll data integration for site-based and office staff.
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for all new hires and exiting employees.
- Organize and conduct internal training programs to enhance employee competency and industrial safety awareness.
- Provide operational support to HR site teams to ensure alignment with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain effective internal communication channels to boost employee engagement and corporate culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the Mining, Construction, or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and its application in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to support site-level HR initiatives when required.
