- Oversee HR accounts to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Streamline day-to-day HR operations including documentation and record management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
