Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily HR operations for assigned accounts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation in strict adherence to data privacy standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and policy clarifications.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration.
- Prepare and process HR reports, payroll documentation, and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Operations, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
