In this role, you will act as the heartbeat of our store's human resources, balancing the fast-paced demands of retail recruitment with the precision required for HR generalist operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring our store maintains peak performance by attracting top-tier talent and managing the day-to-day HR administration that supports our valued team members. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members for store operations.
- Coordinate employee life-cycle management, including attendance tracking, leave management, and contract renewals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace concerns and fostering a positive store culture.
- Administer payroll data, benefits enrollment, and insurance documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for all store employees.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics regarding turnover, headcount, and recruitment KPIs for store management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Recruitment role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Willingness to be based in Bandung (PVJ).
