In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, taxes, and benefits for all employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions (PPh), and social security contributions (BPJS).
- Prepare and process employee benefits, allowances, and bonuses accurately and on time.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management, employees, and relevant government agencies.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar HR finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or advanced Excel functions).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during month-end closing.
