Are you a passionate HR professional with a knack for operations in the fast-paced F&B industry? Yeok Jeon Grandma Beer Indonesia is expanding our footprint and looking for a dedicated HR & People Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital strategy, ensuring that our operations run smoothly while fostering a vibrant and productive workplace culture. You will bridge the gap between management goals and employee satisfaction, managing everything from end-to-end recruitment to day-to-day administrative excellence. If you thrive on building high-performing teams and have a deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for outlet and corporate staff.
  • Manage employee life cycle management, including attendance records, payroll coordination, and personnel data administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Facilitate performance management programs and assist in developing professional training initiatives for F&B staff.
  • Maintain effective employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment across all locations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR administrative workflows.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or People Operations, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS administration.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for operational roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with HRIS software.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset.
