Are you a passionate HR professional with a knack for operations in the fast-paced F&B industry? Yeok Jeon Grandma Beer Indonesia is expanding our footprint and looking for a dedicated HR & People Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan.

You will bridge the gap between management goals and employee satisfaction, managing everything from end-to-end recruitment to day-to-day administrative excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for outlet and corporate staff.
- Manage employee life cycle management, including attendance records, payroll coordination, and personnel data administration.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate performance management programs and assist in developing professional training initiatives for F&B staff.
- Maintain effective employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment across all locations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR administrative workflows.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or People Operations, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS administration.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for operational roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with HRIS software.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset.
