As an integral part of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, source top-tier candidates, and ensure we bring the right people on board to drive our creative multimedia initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and streamline interview workflows.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to refine recruitment tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with modern HR management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multimedia company environment.
