Cemerlang Multimedia is currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the driving force behind finding and hiring exceptional talent while shaping a positive, professional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

As an integral part of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, source top-tier candidates, and ensure we bring the right people on board to drive our creative multimedia initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and streamline interview workflows.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to refine recruitment tactics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with modern HR management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multimedia company environment.
