As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality, optimizing recruitment costs, and reducing time-to-hire. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles including IT, technical, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including professional networking sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability against organizational needs.
- Coordinate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through to final offer negotiation.
- Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and process transparency.
- Report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive hiring targets within a fast-paced environment.
