Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for driver and logistics positions across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications for logistics roles
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job specifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires in logistics operations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Proven track record in sourcing and selecting drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
