Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide administrative support, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of candidates for future needs.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in the mining, energy, or heavy industry sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
