Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of potential candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement and retention programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS or applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
