Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and define job descriptions.
- Administer monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance (PPh 21).
- Maintain and update employee database records and HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity.
- Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, and overtime calculations.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Prepare periodic HR reports regarding recruitment metrics and payroll audits for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in using HR software or ERP systems for payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Candidates residing or willing to relocate to Kalimantan Barat are preferred.
