In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our talent operations, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent that aligns with our brand's vision.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for sourcing and a deep understanding of market trends within the beauty and retail sector. You will partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs, cultivate a diverse pipeline of candidates, and provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial reach-out to the final offer stage. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Job portals, social media) to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess cultural fit, skill set, and long-term potential.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Maintain an organized database of applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics.
  • Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding preparation process for successful candidates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English (written and spoken).
