You will partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs, cultivate a diverse pipeline of candidates, and provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial reach-out to the final offer stage. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Job portals, social media) to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess cultural fit, skill set, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between stakeholders and candidates.
- Maintain an organized database of applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics.
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding preparation process for successful candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English (written and spoken).
