Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various platforms and social media channels for proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to improve overall hiring efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best hiring practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and modern recruitment software/ATS.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
