Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job descriptions.
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on local labor regulations and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse talent pools.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
