PT Sentral Layanan Prima is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. As an end-to-end recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various department heads to understand their hiring needs and implement creative strategies to identify high-potential candidates. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to source active and passive candidates.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and modern recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using digital recruitment tools/ATS.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
