Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between department heads and prospective candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide insightful assessments to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal database of applicant records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-hire, and other relevant HR KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function is preferred; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of various interview techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
