PT. XGMA MACHINERY INDONESIA is a leading global player in heavy machinery, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Resources Officer to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our human resource operations, supporting the HR Director in talent management, and ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our organizational objectives.

As an HR Resources Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative and strategic HR functions. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about people, possesses strong analytical skills, and is capable of managing complex administrative workflows in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR Director in daily operational activities and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff members.
  • Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and company performance management systems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company regulations and workplace policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, industrial environment.
