Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee relations matters by addressing inquiries and maintaining HR documentation
- Manage HRIS data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Contribute to HR policy implementation and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Support HR analytics projects and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in HR operations and shared services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required (PMET program requirement)
