Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all departments
- Administer employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and leave management systems
- Implement and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and career development
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regulatory compliance reports
- Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially
