Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding of new talent.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and personality testing for candidates.
- Perform in-depth analysis of psychological data to ensure accurate hiring decisions and talent alignment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment plans effectively.
- Support the organization in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal analyses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or assessment roles.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting various psychological testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
