PT Priesma Mitra Jaya is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. This is a key opportunity for a Mandarin speaker to bridge the communication gap between our Indonesian management and Mandarin-speaking staff. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a variety of essential HR functions. Your core duties will include providing comprehensive recruitment support, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, as well as managing employee administration and attendance records. You will serve as a vital liaison, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination for Mandarin-speaking employees. By maintaining accurate data and supporting our HR operations, you will help foster a productive and inclusive workplace culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive recruitment support, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various departments.
- Manage employee administration tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, updating HR records, and handling contract renewals.
- Oversee daily attendance tracking and assist with payroll support specifically for Mandarin-speaking employees.
- Act as a primary communication liaison, translating and conveying messages between Mandarin-speaking staff and Indonesian management.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, onboarding sessions, and employee engagement events to boost team morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR roles is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) with strong proficiency in Indonesian.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
