Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and audit HR administrative processes to ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR database systems.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on payroll data, attendance reports, and employment contracts.
  • Support the HR department in implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage internal HR audits, documenting findings and proposing corrective actions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular HR performance reports and compliance documentation for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, QA, or related operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
