Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance, and personnel records.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and productivity.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or Senior Officer, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and government regulations.
- Proven ability to manage payroll systems and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
