Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding high-quality talent.
- Implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to improve staff performance and service standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer HR databases, payroll support, and employee documentation ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Execute performance management systems, including KPI tracking and appraisal cycles.
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian labor laws.
- Provide regular reporting to management regarding workforce analytics and HR operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or generalist role, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with HRIS software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
