Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for hotel staff
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration
- Lead HR team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular HR audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or equivalent certification desirable
