Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operational activities, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company internal policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking management to ensure clear communication and alignment with corporate headquarters.
- Develop and implement HR systems to improve efficiency in performance management and employee data tracking.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage manpower planning and talent development initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a professional and neutral approach.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and manage HR information systems or manual databases.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
