PT HORMEL PRONAS NUSANTARA is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Supervisor to join our exciting greenfield project in Batang, Jawa Tengah. This is a pivotal opportunity to build a world-class HR function from the ground up. As the HR Supervisor, you will take the lead in designing and executing comprehensive Recruitment strategies and managing our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) framework. We are looking for a leader who can drive talent acquisition and ensure our compensation structures remain competitive within the industry.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to identify organizational talent needs and develop HR policies that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and implementing effective performance management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Manage the entire Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure, including salary reviews, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training and development needs for the workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and ensure workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive employee relations environment and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on Recruitment and C&B.
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
