Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and implement HR information systems (HRIS) to support organizational needs
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure system modules and resolve technical issues
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using SQL and HRIS tools for data-driven insights
- Lead system testing, training, and documentation for HR technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance in HR systems
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS implementation
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with system integrations and API configurations
- Certification in HR technology or systems analysis preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
