Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global HR systems and applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS technical support and system troubleshooting for regional and global stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end system development projects, from requirement gathering and configuration to testing and deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all HR platforms through rigorous auditing and process optimization.
- Collaborate with global IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new module integrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for system end-users.
- Analyze HR system performance metrics to provide actionable insights for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HRIS management, system administration, or HR digital transformation roles.
- In-depth knowledge of global HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale system implementations and change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data analytics, reporting tools, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across a global organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with a focus on global governance.
