Ganesha Operation is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Talent Development & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top-tier talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

As our HR Specialist, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we find the right people to drive our mission forward. Beyond recruitment, you will take ownership of employee development initiatives, designing and executing training programs that empower our workforce. If you are an effective communicator with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a desire to help others reach their full potential, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate effective training and professional development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure development programs align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training programs through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a positive employee experience by supporting internal mobility and career pathing initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate talent database and provide regular reporting on HR metrics to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent development, or generalist HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and office productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate organizational needs into actionable training strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
