Beyond recruitment, you will take ownership of employee development initiatives, designing and executing training programs that empower our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels.
- Design, develop, and facilitate effective training and professional development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure development programs align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training programs through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a positive employee experience by supporting internal mobility and career pathing initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate talent database and provide regular reporting on HR metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent development, or generalist HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate organizational needs into actionable training strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
