Tanggung Jawab
- Assess client HR technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions including HRIS, talent management systems, and analytics platforms
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of HR technology systems to meet specific organizational requirements
- Analyze complex HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive HR analytics dashboards and reports to visualize key workforce metrics and performance indicators
- Provide training and change management support to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies
- Stay current with emerging HR technology trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems with other business applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology implementation, analytics, or consulting
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and workforce analytics platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in HR technology or analytics (e.g., HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience with change management methodologies and HR technology implementation projects
