Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training curricula for all store staff, including onboarding, service standards, and product knowledge.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, audits, and feedback loops to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Mentor and coach store department leaders on effective team management and training delivery techniques.
- Coordinate training logistics for apprentices and third-party outsourced staff to ensure full operational integration.
- Maintain up-to-date training manuals, digital assets, and record-keeping systems for compliance tracking.
- Identify skills gaps within the store team and implement targeted workshops or remedial training programs.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize operational workflows through improved employee skill sets.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee retention and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Retail Operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in developing training materials and conducting large-group training sessions.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
