Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for retail staff at Jakarta Garden City
- Lead and mentor a group of store associates to enhance customer service excellence
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance through structured assessment systems
- Collaborate with store management to align training with business objectives
- Design engaging training materials for product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Implement performance improvement plans and coaching strategies
- Organize and facilitate regular team training sessions and workshops
- Analyze training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management or training leadership
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering retail training programs
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with performance management systems and coaching methodologies
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
