In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our HR strategies and on-the-ground retail operations. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring they are not only delivering exceptional customer service but also equipped with the necessary skills to thrive. Your focus will be on conducting regular training sessions, mentoring new employees, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. You will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, and ensure that our store meets all operational and compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and store performance.
- Conduct and facilitate HR training programs, orientation sessions, and product knowledge workshops for new and existing staff.
- Coach and mentor store employees to improve individual performance and team cohesion.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in loss prevention strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to report on store performance, training needs, and development goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
