Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Store Tanjung Barat effectively.
- Conduct regular HR training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by leading by example in service standards.
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize availability.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional development and leadership.
- Oversee store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail management or a leadership role.
- Strong background in HR training or personnel development.
