Are you an aspiring HR professional looking to jumpstart your career with a leading industry player? TACO Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRBP Intern to join our dynamic team in Kemayoran, Jakarta. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resources Business Partnering, allowing you to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world corporate strategy.

As an HRBP Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational development initiatives. You will gain exposure to high-level data analysis and operational excellence by assisting in our Workload Analysis (WLA) projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to build a strong professional network and understand how HR operations contribute to overall business success at a prestigious company like TACO Group.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the collection, validation, and documentation of Workload Analysis (WLA) data.
  • Support the HRBP team in day-to-day administrative operations and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate HR databases and digital employee records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient HR communication workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Support the organization of internal company events or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct basic research on HR trends to support organizational development projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
