In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our Sales and Manufacturing departments, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital strategies. You will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, managing Employee Relations (ER) issues, and implementing comprehensive HR programs that foster a high-performance culture. As a Mandarin speaker, you will also play a key role in facilitating communication with international stakeholders and optimizing supply chain or operational collaborations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Manufacturing leadership, providing HR insights and solutions to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage Employee Relations (ER) matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Design and implement robust talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for key roles.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training & development programs, culture building, and change management efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, address gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements to HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies are effectively applied across all levels of the organization.
- Support the development of compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or in a similar strategic HR role within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders or international operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Employment Regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations issues and providing effective conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
