Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to implement effective workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including industrial relations, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the manufacturing facility is staffed with high-performing personnel.
  • Implement and oversee employee engagement programs to boost retention and workplace morale.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies regarding industrial safety and ethics.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to improve plant productivity.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and manage disciplinary processes with a fair, professional approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
