We are currently searching for a highly motivated and experienced HRBP Team Lead to join our Human Resources team in Cebu. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and challenges, developing and implementing HR solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. From talent management and succession planning to employee engagement and organizational development, you will be at the heart of our people initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is essential. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support to business units.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies across all business units.
  • Oversee change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a BPO, call centre, or fast-paced service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
