Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding new talent.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance appraisal documentation.
  • Oversee daily accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle tax reporting (PPh 21/23) and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Monitor office operational expenses and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
  • Support management in developing and implementing company-wide HR policies and SOPs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and distribution of employee benefits.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar dual or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Excel-based systems).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be based in Medan Helvetia and work on-site.
