Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding new talent.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance appraisal documentation.
- Oversee daily accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Handle tax reporting (PPh 21/23) and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor office operational expenses and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Support management in developing and implementing company-wide HR policies and SOPs.
- Assist in payroll processing and distribution of employee benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar dual or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or Excel-based systems).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Medan Helvetia and work on-site.
