Alexindo Yakinprima is currently seeking a highly motivated HRD Generalist to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As our HRD Generalist, you will take ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks, payroll processing, and employee relations. We are looking for an individual who thrives on organization, accuracy, and providing excellent support to our staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and tax reporting (PPh 21).
  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing, and document management.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Support the recruitment process, from job posting to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update company SOPs, internal policies, and employment contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company internal events and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
