In this senior role, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, aligning HR strategies with our business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to build a high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Administer performance appraisal programs, provide regular feedback, and support career development initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and regulations, managing contracts and legal documentation.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and retention.
- Collaborate with management to address organizational challenges and improve workplace efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
