In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that our workforce is well-managed, compliant, and empowered to perform at their best.
As our HRD, you will bridge the gap between organizational strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust HR policies, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring total compliance with labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company regulations.
- Design and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance employee performance across departments.
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process with high precision and confidentiality.
- Handle statutory compliance, including the accurate calculation and reporting of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding and orientation.
- Foster a productive company culture through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee databases and personnel records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in payroll management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance management and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
