Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals and business growth.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition planning to onboarding.
- Drive performance management systems, including KPI setting, appraisal processes, and feedback loops.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training, career progression, and leadership coaching.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, including contracts, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and drive corporate culture improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and excellent problem-solving skills.
