You will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and personnel administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company culture.
  • Administer employee attendance, payroll data, and personnel files with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to track employee development and KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal regulations.
  • Provide support for employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as an HRD Officer or in a similar Generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
