As an HRD Staff, you will handle end-to-end recruitment, personnel administration, and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Support the payroll administration process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation delivery.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance evaluation cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing staff inquiries.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and documentation for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR information systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
