Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Execute talent mapping and workforce planning to ensure optimal organizational structure.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill, to improve departmental efficiency.
- Design and implement employee development programs, including training workshops and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment and training.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
