We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HRD Staff to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bekasi. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and executing strategic HR development programs.

You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, mapping organizational needs, and implementing training initiatives that align with our corporate objectives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Execute talent mapping and workforce planning to ensure optimal organizational structure.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill, to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Design and implement employee development programs, including training workshops and performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment and training.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
